  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Speed Delivery: 5–7 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, you must provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A continuous, unedited 360° parcel opening video that starts before opening the sealed package and clearly shows the entire unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product if requested.

Claims submitted without the required parcel opening video may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.
